Bohio Cleansing

Bohio is the word for home/house in my ancestral Taino language. Growing up we called the process of spiritually "cleaning" the self and the homes as a Limpia. The concept of limpias is rampant throughout the Americas. For many of us, it is a practice passed down from our Native American and West/Central African ancestors. From an early age I was exposed to the concept of physical spaces possesing their unique energetic value and their relationship to other energies present within that space.

Dealing with entities is not a flex. Slaying demons looks good on Sam and Dean Winchester, but it ain't as cool as on the TV. It's a skill I didn't ask for, and one I do out of a sense of obedience and kinship. Have you ever seen the show "Hoarding: Burried Alive"? The title says it all. If I can try to illustrate the energetic state of some of these properties, an episode of this show perfectly captures it. There can be energetic rubbish piled from floor to ceiling. Cleaning up a house that is inundated with filth is labor intensive and time consuming, energetic clean-up is similar. Lucky for you I'm a clean-freak virgo who low-key enjoys finessing spaces!

Platica (Consultation/Chat) ...

Your consultation is held at the property, online on exceptions. From start to finish there are protocols and housekeeping I go over. I typically begin healing sessions with a meditation and prayer to help us shift state and prepare the space. We then proceed to the platica. We'll have a thorough chat about your feelings and findings.

Assessment ...

The assessment process begins during your initial discovery call. This is where I begin to gauge whether or not I will deliver services.  

After the platica, I inspect the property, treat it, and give you instructions. The spirit world can be very unpredictable and unpredictable events can happen.

After the assessment, if I am getting a big fat NOPE then I'm afraid my ass will have to go. I will happily refund you less the assessment fee. 

The Treatment ...

Limpia day! By the time it's "limpia day" you would have followed "pre-limpia" rituals that help reinforce the procedure. There's preliminary work you'll be doing, and I will be doing. As a practitioner, I have tasks to complete on my end - and this particular service can be a rigorous one for me (hence the hefty starting price point) - which is why I'm very selective about whom I take on board!

Post Op ...

I will follow-up on you to see how you're progressing. Depending on the complexity of the case, and your due diligence, results can be immediate or it can take some time to experience a readjustment of the property.

Some homes don't need any energetic work done! Targeting the source of our concerns sometimes takes a trial-and-error process. There are times that the source of our afflictions is a bit more pragmatic than we think. Your lights can be flicking due to a short circuit! Before hiring any spiritual worker to come to your home or commercial establishment, I encourage you to troubleshoot concerns with a techinician. You may have a structural problem that may pose a safety concern to those residing in the dwelling or patrons visiting your place of business. I always say, before addressing the "software" first address the "hardware"! Do I have to pay you if you find nothing? Yes! You will not pay the full fee of a cleansing, but you will be charged for the assessment. Spaces in my practice are very limited and my time is of utmost importance to me and my dependants.

What if there is an energetic or spiritual disturbance in the space? In most cases after the assesment I will carry out the cleansing, however if my spirit team discourages my involvement I will refund you $400 and redirect you to someone who can carry out the cleansing. This is highly senstive work that deserves discernment and integrity from both practitioner and seeker alike.

• Price starts at $500 and inlcudes assessment fee. Prices vary according to the size of the property, location, and situation. 

• Assessment fee $100

• $500 charge upfront, if cleansing is not carried out $400 will be refunded.

•  There may be a cost associated with materials. Materials are not complusory in every case - but if applicable - the client will be responsible for the expense. There's times I'll provide herbs from my garden free of charge.

• I travel to homes in Sydney, however will travel long distance at your expense.
